Project Gunrunner/Operation Fast and Furious update

You know, maybe we've been looking at this from the wrong angle. We make no bones about the fact that we will hammer away to our hearts content at the inherent incompetence and inefficiency of bloated bureaucracy and over-reaching government. So, why should we have a problem, necessarily, with Project Gunrunner?

A plan to put U.S.-purchased guns into the hands of deadly Mexican drug cartels put U.S.-purchased guns into the hands of deadly Mexican drug cartels with entirely predictable results?

The damn thing worked! It really worked! Hooray Fast and Furious!

Having said that, here's freshman Congressman, Allen West (R-SC) being a total downer and not appreciating big government efficacy and the can-do spirit of the Justice Department by calling for the head of the miserable hack that runs said Department.

Just another sad chapter in the Eric Holder book of ineptness and incompetence. Eric Holder has to be brought before an investigative committee and if those charges are warranted he needs to be held accountable...

The President needs to realize that Eric Holder needs to be removed from the Department of Justice or else then I believe President Obama is complicit and he is in approval of the actions of this Attorney General.

Poor Congressman West. It's a shame this has all gone completely over his head.

If we're making book on this, we give Holder 4/5 odds that he gets wacked before the 2012 elections.
