Welcome to your post-post-9-11 world

The panic you see here in this video is a direct result of the constant fear-inducing paranoia fed to the public for years by the Bush administration.

Seriously, how else would one explain such irrational behavior displayed by these people… it’s almost as if they had experienced a catastrophic event that cost thousands of lives in a similar fashion in the not-too-distant past. But of course, we know nothing like that ever happened.

Yep, we're in good hands.

Reminds me a bit of the flyover of New Orleans post-Katrina.

Of course, the President at that time was the one who actually ordered that particular "How y'all doin' down there?" photo op...

Holy crap. You mean Air Force One caused Katrina?

That should come as relief to Governor Landrieu and Mayor Nagin who did a heckuva job themselves in the wake of Katrina... I mean, Air Force One.

Visiting a disaster area =/= doing a "secret" fly-over that mimics freakin' NINE ELEVEN.

Landrieu, Nagin DID a heck-of-a job. Their Dems. Mr lloyd will tell you, they can do no wrong!

Imagine if the fly-over had happend under the Bush watch. I'm sure Mr. Lloyd would have wanted Dubya's head on a plate.

Road Kill and Dean,

Had Dubya bothered to read, pre 9/11, an intelligence memo or two, I dare say those New Yorkers the other day would have thought the flyover a rather inspiring sight -- with no hint of PTSD that now has been inflicted courtesy of the bumbling neo-cons of the previous administration.

But, if "if's and but's"...

So instead we need to treat New Yorkers with a bit of understanding (the world turned upside down, indeed!) and certainly the White House Military Office head will be on a pike soon enough. Rest easy lads: The bloodletting required will not go wanting.

And if Clinton had paid more attention to doing his job than to getting himself serviced, Osama BL would have been dead-- which would have 100% prevented 9/11.

That's a lot more sure than "maybe someone could have seen the first use of hijacked planes as weapons and prevented 9/11."

Not missing power, Mr Lloyd. Haven't really had it since '89

Oh, Oh, OH, OH,...we lost Arlen Specter? When was the last time he was on the side of a conservative issue? Good friggin riddance. Let the pendulum swing, baby! Let's see what unbridled liberalism can do for the country like it has done for Louisianna.

I've been watching most Republicans, not conservatives, stubling over themselves to be a kinder, compasionate, gentler, more socialist politician.

All I hear from Mr. Lloyd is "Lookit him, Lookit him", I have teenage children at home that do a better debate job than your dumb ass.

As far as the Mr. Lloyd moniker, holy smokes, you brought that back with your Palin comments and didn't know you were offended.

With the "fudge packer" comments, I have good friends who are gay and agree, there is no reason a fag should be a judge in the Miss USA pagent. Yes, "THEY" call him a fag.

Your mental stretch is obtuse...again.....sorry, but retarded.

Road(kill)Dawg, feeling sorry for the leftover mongo-brains splattered over the BwD blog. (His stretch not leaving much left)

"Retards", "Mongoloids" and "Fudgepackers" are always welcome underneath my tent. Mind ye the deodorant, narrow ideology and twelve-pack.

Road Kill's rants are reminding me more and more of the great Blutto Blutarsky's epic speech to the brothers of Delta House.

"Germans?"

"Forget it. He's on a roll..."

Yep, on a steam roll, rolling over your lame, bumbling attempts at stretching logic!

Thanks for the opportunity!
