We were having burgers and beer with B-Daddy and his two boys yesterday. B-Daddy felt we took an unfair swipe at the Prez, here. Was not intended to be. A coinicidence of events made it possible to post on a larger theme. So just to show our hearts are in the right place, here is a video that gives fuller context to what had the world abuzz a couple of days ago and which definetely puts things in a different light

It's a funny picture... that's all. Kinda like Lumberjack's (edited) pictures.
(this is aimed at both all the high-and-holies who are trying to extrapolate that Obama is a womanizer as well as the ones trying to use it to show he's a saint, insanely maligned if anyone giggles, etc. Come on, a little humor?)

Even though I made the comment, I agree that it is not that big a deal either way. Also, I now understand Dean's larger point much better.
Kind of a fine line to walk, isn't it?
Do we like it because it's funny, in that it looks like a possibly mildly embarrassing photo of a highly public figure, or because it might be a useful club against someone we don't like? One's all in good fun, the other is over the top.... (trying to say: I don't needfully disagree with what I THINK your point was, even if it can be construed differently; as usual, I didn't show my train of thought back to the folks acting like laughing at this picture is morally equivalent to an axe-murderer)
As our fun-poking at our president gets Mr. Lloyd riled up, what is with everyone on both sides trying to defend what comes naturally?
I could be having the worst day of my week, but if a pretty girl walks by, just gotta look, and brightens my day.....sorry. Have to give the President a pass even though the full video displays a slicker observance.
