Your poll is tough. The reason that Chrysler and GM are being bailed out is the same reason I won't buy their vehicles. They have produced crappy products for what they charge. We will probably buying Honda or Toyota for our next purchase and will not consider Big 3. Luddite? Don't know, just want to go with the quality, but also don't want to over think it.
Gotta think about the choices in the poll. I'm a Ford Truck Guy, I was very proud of my long term affiliation with Ford when they declined bailout money.
Ford treats me well on financing, I have had trucks with over 200k miles that were without problems when I traded them in, and I'm still buying American.
Chrysler is heavy handed on financing, the vehicle is constantly having problems, and always costs more to have serviced.
This tale is anecdotal. Just very good luck with Ford, and won't switch again.
