Radio KBwD is on the air

This past week, we watched portions of Ken Burns' epic The Civil War on PBS. One of the tunes for the background music he picked sounded suspiciously like our featured song but knew it couldn't be the case as the song was not written until much, much later. It contained a haunting, irresistable beauty to it, though, and we wanted to share the song from which perhaps the melody in Burns' series was inspired.

I love Bonnie Raitt...and this version is lovely...but Norah Jones is a big ol snooze. Can't hold a candle to her sister:
