As the following clip from reason.tv describes, May was fertile territory when it came to nanny state antics but who took home the ring could only be America's Nanny-in-Chief, New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg, for his efforts to disarm NYC's denizens their 22 oz. Big Gulps.
