Because nothing says "professional" like telling the President to "shut the hell up."

We’ll admit to a conditioned cringe when we heard the President explain he gave up golf because of Iraq. Then we heard Olbermann’s excoriating rant regarding the same and… we felt a lot better about what the Prez said.

Despite his clumsy delivery, we totally understand and agree with the President’s sentiments on the matter. We would offer up, though, an alternative response:

“As the Commander-in-Chief during a time of war, I could not in good conscience allow myself to participate in such a frivolous waste of time that is not only environmentally unfriendly but leaves one susceptible to disastrous choices in wardrobe selection, as well. Next question.”
